What we Do
DOT Compliance is a full service Safety Department, offering Training and Consulting. We're located in South-Central Pennsylvania and we concentrate on driver training and post-incident re-training as well as managing all your federally required documents.
With the current driver shortage, finding new drivers is an impossible feat. We are finding that carriers are buying into the "RE-TRAIN AND RETAIN" mentality and DOT Compliance, being a neutral, unbiased third party, is the perfect company to provide post incident re-training and driver evaluations.
At DOT Compliance, we work closely with your Safety Department to conduct specialized training with your drivers in need when it is not practical nor financially feasible to route them to their home terminal. As a result, you will be able to keep your driver on the road, not sacrificing customer relationships. We also provide group training at your facility for all your drivers and staff while accommodating your schedule.
Some of the trainings offered are: Pre Trip Inspections, Hours of Service, ELD Compliance, Backing, Following Distance and other Safe Driving techniques. We also have the ability to conduct FWHA annual vehicle inspections.

Our Experience
The owner of DOT Compliance is a Class-A CDL holder, retired police officer who specialized in traffic enforcement. He was a 15 year DOT Enforcement Officer (MCSAP) and accident reconstructionist for several years as well. After spending years of enforcement, he has decided to bring this experience, from the other side of the door, to you. We are committed to helping you achieve your safety goals through training and education.
